Design Options
We have graphic designers on our staff who can custom design logos and/or web pages unique to your website. We also love to work with other designers.
If you would like to design your own website, or have a designer with whom you prefer to work, we are happy to provide you with FTP, , Dreamweaver or Content Management System access to upload the site and/or information to our servers.
Pricing
The cost of a website varies. One can spend anywhere from $500 for a simple web page, to thousands of dollars, depending on the complexity and size of the website. We often use the analogy of building a new home. Do you want a two car garage? No garage? Two bedrooms? Eight bedrooms? It is all variable, as are the costs. Bear in mind, however, that unlike with a home, you do not have to build your website all at once. At CharlesWorks, we do our best to cater to all realistic budgets, and we will work hard with you to get you on the web affordably.
We are unique in that we do not ask for payment up front for webwork design, but ask only that you pay us as the services are rendered.

Maintenance and Site Changes
If the content of your website contains outdated news, long past events, dysfunctional links, who will take your website seriously? Or, perhaps your website needs a little facelift with some new graphics, colors or photos.
At CharlesWorks, we charge our clients by the minute for any web work. If it takes only five minutes to change an address, we charge you for five minutes of time.
No hourly minimum charge – no monthly plan contracts – just pay as you go, by the minute service.
Training for Maintenance and Site Changes
Depending on your business, how often changes are needed to the site, and your relationship with the website, it may be to your benefit to learn how to make updates to the site yourself. We will provide training for you, at our hourly rate, as needed, for you or your staff to make changes and updates to the website. If that is not of any interest to you, no problem, we are happy to make the changes at your request at our hourly rate.
