About Us
Charles Oropallo founded what has evolved into CharlesWorks in June 1998. He oversees staff training, hardware and software server operations, web development, networking consultation, search engine optimization (SEO), web services sales, marketing, and provides technical support. Charles represents CharlesWorks in the AM Networkers BNI chapter in Milford, NH. He has been involved with computer network communications since he put his first system online for messaging between users in November 1977.
Evan Cole is a full time student at Conval High School, and works part time for CharlesWorks. He provides technical support, email support, server support and maintenance, and helps with billing.
Susan Oropallo has been involved with CharlesWorks since June 1998. She provides administrative support and financial oversight. Susan also handles payroll and other financial and clerical parts of CharlesWorks.
Robin Snow began her involvement with CharlesWorks in May 2005. She initially provided billing support and performed administrative and marketing functions. Robin’s keen eye for aesthetics quickly brought her into the website development realm. She now provides technical support, including web development, graphic design, search engine optimization, sales, and marketing support. Robin has been involved with BNI since 2004 and represents CharlesWorks in the Elm City BNI Connections BNI chapter in Keene, NH.
Mike Cole has worked part time for CharlesWorks since______, while working full time in the IT department at Crotched Mountain. Mike brings experience with working with html, Joomla, and WordPress. He provides server support and maintenance as well as website design and maintenance.
